Initial Inquiry
Our process begins with a conversation grounded in the client’s specific needs. We start with plans and precise dimensions to allow the final form and size of each piece to feel truly integrated.
The material discussion always begins with the architectural palette, so that each piece speaks to its final location. As we design, we refine each detail and push the limits of every material.
Understanding our constraints, budget being one of them, allows us to be incredibly thoughtful about our recommendations. We begin by establishing a high and low budget for every element, so that our design is informed and aligned with client expectations.
Design Iterations
Each concept is developed into further detail until a final selection is made. From this point we validate feasibility, pricing and lead time for complete transparency. In some cases higher resolution is required and a photorealistic rendering is produced by our in-house team.
The world is our oyster when it comes to materials. From precious stones to reclaimed timber to a particular method of handcrafting, our selections are not limited by geography, only by the imagination.
Sample Production
We produce custom mockups of each texture and finish to truly understand the depth of the design intent. These samples are reviewed with each client for final approval prior to production.
We work hard to limit surprises, and constant communication is the best way to do so. Throughout the production process we provide regular progress updates to our clients even if they are photographs from the factory floor. In that way, we are together along the design journey.
Each piece is handled by one of our trusted shipping partners and installed with white-glove precision. We oversee the final placement and ensure that every element aligns with the original brief.
